We always try to despatch orders as soon as we can subject to stock and manufacturers publish dates. All orders are sent securely in quality cardboard envelopes or boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Where a delay is caused by a late manufacturers publishing date, we will update your order to reflect the latest estimated despatch date. Should you wish to cancel your order before it is despatched please advise us. We cannot stop any orders from being despatched if they are cancelled within the 24 hour period prior to despatch - in this instance you will need to return all the items for a refund.
